NOTE: Having your home held by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac does not automatically qualify you for the HARP program—it is simply the first pre-qualification step. The rest of the qualifiers will be determined for you by a Source Mortgage HARP specialist. Simply click on the button above and you can submit your information to a Source Mortgage HARP specialist to begin the process.
STEP ONE - Check
Check Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Click on the buttons above and enter your address into Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's loan lookup forms. They will each let you know if your mortgage is held by them. If your result is positive (meaning that either Fannie or Freddie is holding your mortgage), make sure you write it down on a piece of paper (write down "Fannie Mae" or "Freddie Mac").
STEP TWO - Submit
Once you've checked Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, click here (or on the "I'm Ready to Save Big Money" button on the right side of this page), to fill out our Super Simple Pre-Approval Form. Even if Fannie or Freddie is not holding your mortgage, we can more-than-likely still save you money. The form literally only has 4 questions. It's that easy!
STEP THREE - Consult
Within 24 hours (one business day) from the time you submit your Super Simple Pre-Approval Form, you will be contacted by a Source Mortgage HARP Specialist. Your HARP specialist will consult with you and guide you through the HARP process so you can start saving money every month, and regain peace of mind.
